There are countless artists who create beautiful Tuscan landscapes, but my style is very different than many of the paintings you'll find online or in a gallery. I work from my imagination as opposed to strictly from my photographs, and I use a bold color pallet and a whimsical perspective. I make very, very detailed paintings and create textures that rise off the canvas. I've had many, many people tell me that they feel "happy" when they view my work. When I think about that single comment and that single word, that's about as nice a complement as I could hope for.

Now, as a viewer, I'm offering the opportunity for people to buy original art at very assessable prices. For those of you who are on the fence about purchasing art from either myself or another artist, here's something to consider:

The quality of my artwork, I hope, is also in the careful attention to detail and human engagement with the process. I truly love to paint. I am committed to perfecting the technical detail that makes each piece unique as well as aesthetically pleasing. But ultimately, I am interested in encouraging a collaboration between the artwork and the interaction with those who look carefully, think, engage and experience something intangible - hopefully a human connection to the beauty of shape, line, form, texture, color and the tangible human elements that go into each unique piece.
