I try to live and sell by the Golden Rule.  I describe my items honestly and to the best of my ability. Please make sure to look at all pictures as they often note the item in detail.  I am not a professional photographer and I do my best to take pictures of the items, but sometimes the colors you see may be a different color than what you are expecting due to the flash, lighting or differences between your device and mine. 

If an item you are looking for is not included in the pictures (ie, a belt) it will not be included in the sale. What you see is what you get unless it is specified in the description.  The items I sell have been purchased new and have come from our closet or my immediate families closet.  I do not buy from resale shops to sell on ebay, this is all our stuff :)   I will always list the item based on the label attached to the clothing, I have bought some items from outlet stores but cannot be 100% sure where I purchased everything - I will put in the listing if I know that the outlet is where I purchased the item.   

I am pretty meticulous with my laundry, I almost always rack dry my items and have a front loading washer so I think you will be very happy with the condition of the items that I sell.  But, I am human and do make mistakes and could miss an imperfection when listing.  I prefer happy buyers and request that you contact me so I can fix the problem, I will accept returns if the item is misrepresented but I will not issue partial refunds. If you wish to return an item due to any other reason (ie doesn?t fit, the item didn?t get to you in the amount of time you expected) you will be responsible for paying shipping both ways.  If free shipping was offered in the listing the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
