SHIPPING: Most orders leave our warehouse within 1 business day.  If this will not be the case Parts Guys Deals will contact buyer to update shipping status.  Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.  We do our best to ensure our listings display available stock.  If for some reason we are out of stock we will contact you ASAP.  You have the option of waiting till we receive more inventory or we can immediately provide a full refund.

ORDERS: Buyers should inspect packages within 7 days of receiving item to ensure contents arrive in good condition.  Parts Guys Deals is not responsible for shipping damage if it is reported 7 days after receipt of an item.  *Any item that arrives damaged is eligible for exchange at no additional costs to the customer if reported within 7 days.*

COMBINED SHIPPING: Parts Guys Deals is set up to automatically combine shipping when buyers purchase multiple quantities of an item within the same listing.  To view shipping rates simply click on the "SHIPPING & PAYMENT" tab and enter in your shipping zip code, and desired item quantity.  The price listed there is the amount charged at check out.  If you wish to purchase multiple items from multiple listings simply click "BUY IT NOW" on any item you are interested in but do not immediately pay.  Parts Guys Deals will combine the items into one invoice, with a combined shipping rate.  Parts Guys Deals will only combine items onto one invoice upon request of the buyer.

RETURNS: At Parts Guys Deals, we want your on-line shopping experience to be a pleasurable one. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your order within 7 days. If the product is not returned in the original packaging and/or is altered or damaged in any shape or form, no refund will be issued. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns: Buyer must contact Parts Guys Deals for return shipping instructions. Returns shipped without contacting Parts Guys Deals will not be processed.
