#22 size Commercial Grade Meat Grinder plate

Plate has the 'HUB' on one side with 1/2" (12 mm) coarse size grind holes

Why the Hub?  Personal preference.  You can use the double sided flat plate or the plate with the hub and have the same results.  The hub is for handling convenience when inserting into the grinder.

This plate measures 3 3/16" across and 3/8" (9.4mm) thick

Center hole is 7/16" (11mm)
