Warranty:If the part fails during the warranty
period shown on your receipt, send the part back to Speed Auto Parts via
priority mail or regular mail of buyer’s choice. Since buyer is responsible for shipping
& handling fee of returned items.
You will receiving replacement, or refund within 10 business days. Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse,
abuse, other faulty parts, improper installation, or off road, commercial or
marine use. Warranty on replacement
parts cover the unused portion of original warranty or 90 days whichever is
longer. Warranty expires when you sell
your vehicle. Speed Auto Parts makes no
other warranties, express, or implied including the implied warranties of
merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. Speed Auto Parts shall not be liable for any
indirect, special incidental, or consequential damages. The length of limited warranty varies with
each part. IT IS THE BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO PAID FOR SHIPPING & HANDLING
FEE OF BOTH ENDS FOR ANY REPLACEMENT DURING THE 90 DAYS WARRANTY.
OUR BEARING, HUB AND/OR HUB-ASSEMBLY HAD 90 DAYS MANUFACTURE
WARRANTY. IT IS THE BUYER’S
