Here we have a poster created from a circa 1880's chromolithograph showing 3 kittens getting some classroom time, with the poor fellow in the back wearing a dunce cap. The original artwork was intended for trade advertising and we're fairly confident it would have been for J & P Coats sewing thread although our original image was unbranded. Our posters are shipped in sturdy mailing tubes, fully insured!

This poster is printed on heavy, 230 gsm (10 pt cover), premium matte art paper. Posters are centered on full sized paper to accommodate readily available frames or custom matting. The image size refers specifically to the artwork itself, not the size of the paper it is printed on. Therefore, the paper size is always larger than the image size.  All posters have a minimum 1/4" white border.
