The book is new but has sun damage. The sun fade is mainly on the inside front and back cover, which doesn't make sense, so maybe the blue that was used was not a solid color. The pages are in good clean condition. The spots on the pictures is reflection of my skylights. The pages don't look dirt.There are no marks, rips or folds.
