2. As stated on Ads, item is Custom Handmade, so the cutting would not as smooth as computerized cut, but we will always try hard to make it best as we could. 3. From Apr.12th - Apr.17th of every year will be Thailand New Year Festival called "Song Kran Water Festival". We can not ship item during this holidays time. All order placed on Apr.11th.-Apr.17th. will be started production on Apr.18th. And will be sent out soonest on Apr.19th. Anyway we normally prepare stock for prompted to be shipped on Apr.18th, but due to there are almost 200 items sold in our store, stock prepared would not be completed or enough to ship. We will keep you informed the estimate date of shipping and if you could not accept, please let us know for I will make full refund back to your PayPal on Apr.18th onward. Sorry for your inconvenience but this is our traditional holidays which I can do nothing.

4. For shipment during New Year holidays, the last date we can ship every year will be Dec.28th. If you placed order after Dec.25th, your package would be shipped out after New Year ( depends on type of item purchased). Soonest we can ship after New Year holidays will be Jan 3rd.
