3/4" (20mm) X Large chili grind
or a
New #22 stainless steel meat grinding blade
The discs measure 3 3/16" diameter. 3/8" thick. Center hole 7/16.
Knife measures 2 7/8" tip-to-tip. 3/8" (11.2mm) thick. 1/2" (13.7mm) square hole.
These plates have the HUB. The HUB is for handling convenience.
