For Reference;
2008-2012 EX250R NINJA OEM size is 520x106 X-ring chain, 14t Ft. Sprocket, 45t Rear Sprocket
 
For  FREEWAY GEARING 15/45t FASTER top speed and  LOWER FREEWAY RPM's, 
        REQUEST a 15t (+1t) front sprocket during checkout in "Add message" tab
        Your bike will be faster on top end, and enjoy low rpm freeway speeds, but be slower off the line.
 
For  QUICK ACCELERATION 14/47t  kit, Request at checkout in the "Add Message" tab a 47t (+2t) rear sprocket
        Your bike will be quicker, including quicker mid range roll on's, but will have less top speed and higher top gear cruising rpm's

   
    OEM RATIO 14/45t  is the DEFAULT for this listing.  Stock gearing is the "Happy Medium" of best acceleration and speed
        for all around riding with the least amount of compromise on the top end and the low end. 
        If you are using your entire gearbox as is now, then oem ratio is best for you.


 
Teeth and Sizes Explained...
** A +1t front sprocket change is EXACTLY the same ratio change as -3t rear sprocket change.
 
** A -1t front and +2t rear combination is EXACTLY the same as a +5t rear only change with stock front sprocket.
 
** A 520 size chain is approx. 2mm narrower than a 525 chain, and 4mm narrower than a 530 chain. Less mass equals lighter weight equals easier to spin, but the ratio (teeth size) change makes the big difference. The sprocket width matches the chain width where it rides on the sprockets, thus a 520 chain must use 520 sprockets, and a 525 chain must use 525 sprockets, etc...
 
** RPE Motorcycle has chain and sprocket conversion kits available in 520 , 525 , and 530 sizes for most motorcycles.
 
** A larger rear sprocket number of teeth size requires a longer chain, however +1 or -1 tooth on the front sprocket only will use the same chain length

    Half the Power Loss (Compared with Normal O-Ring  X-Ring construction reduces friction by twisting between the side plates instead of being squashed. Normal O-Rings and other makers’ modified O-Rings
