DPF Complete Service Function
( Fit for Cummins, Paccar, Caterpillar, Detroit, HD Volvo, Mack,International/Maxxforce, Isuzu,Fuso,Hino )
DPF regeneration may be performed in the following cases:
(a) The exhaust back pressure sensor is replaced.
(b) The PM trap is removed or replaced.
(c) The fuel additive nozzle is removed or replaced.
(d) The cataytic oxidizer is removed or replaced.
(e) The DPF regeneration MIL is on and maintenance is performed.
(f) The DPF regeneration control module is replaced.

DPF regeneration ensures that the vehicle state meets the following requirements:
1. First of all, when dpf is regenerated, the vehicle needs to ensure that the vehicle speed is 0, and the brake pedal, clutch pedal and accelerator pedal of the vehicle are in a normal relaxed state, that is to say, the accelerator, brake and clutch pedal of the vehicle are not stepped on.
2. In addition, the gear of the car needs to be kept in the neutral position, and the dpf regeneration function cannot be turned on with gear. At the same time, the hand brake of the car should be tightened.
3. In the process of starting the regeneration function of automobile dpf, it is also necessary to ensure that the engine of the automobile is always in an idle state, and the temperature of the automobile water tank is best kept above 40 degrees Celsius.
4. Engine running at idle speed, and water temperature should be higher than 80 Celse Degree.
5. Coolant temperature is higher than 60"C Degree; Fuel temperature is lower than 70"C degree;
The above conditions are necessary for the dpf regeneration process. If any of the above conditions are not met, the dpf function of the car will not work normally at this time.

How one-click to activate the HD3400 pro?
Step 1: Simply plug into the OBD port on your car and turn the ignition on, after the vehicle power on, the device will automatically startup;
Step 2: Connect WIFI. Go to Settings>WIFI;
Step 3: After successfully connecting to WIFI, go to Settings>Activation, click "Activate".
