Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it two or three days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 2nd Class). The delivery date is estimated and not guaranteed. There is an option to upgrade at the checkout.

If you need your item for a specific date, we strongly recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery as this is the only postal service that will guarantee delivery by a certain date.

Although Royal Mail 1st class post usually takes 1-2 working days, this is not guaranteed.

Items are carefully packaged and should be unwrapped with care. In the unlikely event of damage occurring during transit please message me with clear photographs of the damage and I will do everything I can to resolve your issue swiftly.
