Ad is in Very Good Condition, with some light scuffs, and surface creases. The piece is made of heavier card stock The ad is signed in black sharpie, and Evander has added his 4:13! The ad was signed for me personally in Atlanta during the late 1990's where Evander was representing the Head Athletic Apparel company. Ad measures @ 6" x 9"
