We can be contacted at any time through eBay messages if you have any questions. We try to respond within 24 hours and do our best to help with any needed information. We encourage our customers to contact us with any questions or concerns prior to purchase. We'd like you to be sure you know exactly what your getting, before it arrives.
Every shipping option that we offer here on eBay includes door to door tracking and delivery confirmation. Once we receive and process your paid order, you will receive the tracking information via email. You can also find this tracking information within your eBay purchases section on your eBay account page.
We are currently shipping to over 60 different countries. We provide quick service to all corners of the world. We need our international customers to be aware of a few things:
Please always check what international shipping methods are available. If you need the order to arrive quickly, the cheapest method offered may not be suitable. The delivery dates that eBay provides are estimates only.
Any and all import tax or fees that are assesed to your purchase upon import is the buyers responsibility. The shipping costs charged are for carrier fees only and do not include any taxes or import fees.
Why dont we ship to your country? There can be many reasons. When we notice a large percentage of shipments not being delivered on time, or being delivered at all, we are forced into restricting shipments to that area. This is to protect our reputation, and our bottom line. We apologize if we are unable to serve you due to shipping location.
Delivery dates, and times are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. We cannot refund shipping costs due to slower than estimated delivery times. We typically ship orders the same, or next business day. Shipments are not processed on weekends or most US legally recognized holidays. |
If you are purchasing multiple items from us, please make sure to select all items prior to making payment. The easiest method is to "add to cart" instead of "buy it now" This will allow for the eBay system to combine the items into one shipment, and adjust the shipping cost. If you find that "add to cart" is not available, check to see if you are on eBay.com. Some sites such as ebay.co.uk may not give you that option.
If there are issues with this process, please elect to "request total from seller" prior to making payment. This is to ensure your items are shipped together, and that you are not overcharged for shipping. Shipping costs paid on purchases made outside of these guidelines will not be refunded. If you find that "request total from seller" is not available, or does not function properly, please use the eBay.com version of the site.
Due to a high volume of daily transactions, most of our pre-shipment order process is done automatically, without actual human intervention. This allows us to get your order out as efficiently as possible, but because of this, we are unable to aknowledge customer notes from the checkout page, or payment. Please make sure to ask all questions prior to purchase. |

All of the items offered on this site are stocked in our warehouse in beautiful St. Petersburg Florida. Every item has real time availability displayed, eliminating 99.9% of backorders.
We pride ourselves in taking our own product photos so you know exactly what you are getting. In cases where supplying photos is not efficient, we will use the manufactures logo.
