Use 100g Glitter per litre of paint 

Mix very well before applying, a roller will give the best results rather than a paintbrush

Once fully dry buff to reveal the glitter (you can buy special buffing sponges but I find that the scouring side of a kitchen sponge works just as well and is much cheaper than the special buffing sponges)

I recommend you try a small sample of the glitter/paint mix before mixing the whole amount, 20g samples are available
