GNK Technologies does not offer any sort of technical assistance.  We cannot offer advice on compatibility of items, make product recommendations; provide technical support or sales advice.  We post all of the information the manufacturer provides us with for your convenience.  Please contact the manufacturer directly for accurate answers to your technical questions or for additional information or specifications that are not posted within this auction. 

 All electronic equipment posted in our auctions has been fully tested by our certified hardware technicians.

Any issues experienced by a customer created configuration problem, unsupported manufacturers hardware configuration, electrical issue or malfunction, or heating issues, will not be honored by our return policy.

Summary of our Selling Policies:

Fees - We are well known for quality packaging. Basic packaging fees to cover our cost for packaging materials are figured into the shipping charges automatically.

Shipping - We only ship USPS Priority mail in the continental United States, Porto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska (where serviced by USPS). If your address is incorrect or not recognized by the USPS website your order will be delayed until corrected or will be cancelled and refunded.

USPS shipping charges are figured automatically for you with the zip code calculator in the auction.

Tracking information for USPS will be provided as available.

Cost for large items to be shipped FedEx or UPS Ground will be stated clearly in the sale description and only shipped to the 48 continental U.S. states.

Delivery - Orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment. We ship Monday through Saturday USPS. Orders received after 10AM CST Saturday will be shipped Monday morning.

FedEx and UPS orders are shipped Monday through Friday only.

We do not ship on Federal Holidays.

Refunds & Returns - We stand behind our product line and offer a 30-day return policy unless otherwise noted in the sale description as an "As Is" item. The 30-day return policy starts the day you receive your order.

Returned items must be in original condition, undamaged and well packed.

Refund will be processed within 24 hours of receipt in accordance with our shipping schedule listed above.

All items we sell have been fully tested and guaranteed to work properly. Due to the type of computer, server, POS, and electronics we sell, occasionally people may not have the expertise or training needed to make them work properly. If the item or items are returned to us in original condition we will refund the purchase price. In this scenario we do not pay for return shipping cost.

However, if an item you purchase from us is defective in any way we will reimburse your return shipping via PayPal after we receive the item and have tested it to verify in fact it is defective. If the item or items tests defective your return shipping cost will be sent via PayPal to you within 48 hours of its arrival time to us.
