This turbocharger is for sale on exchange basis, which means that your old unit needs to be returned to us within 14 days. When buying this turbocharger you will be required to transfer £120 surcharge to Turboworks paypal account. We will refund the surcharge back the same day, when we receive your faulty turbocharger. If you prefer not to pay a surcharge, we could pick up your turbo and send a replacement next day. This means that a reconditioned unit will be delivered within 2 working days. To arrange this please call us before purchase.

We only use genuine, best quality parts. All turbochargers are vsr balanced, calibrated and flow tested within OE specifications. All work is carried out at our workshop in Westham Pevensey, East Sussex.

We also sell excellent quality cartridges, repair kits and other spare parts.

Before you click "buy it now" please give us a call to check your turbo part numbers, please also note that turbochargers, purchased by buyers mistake and returned to us will be subject to £50 re-stocking fee. To avoid this please ring us before purchase. Customer need to cover shiping cost of old turbo to our UK based workshop, alternatively we can arrange a courier to pick it up for extra £10. If you can not find your numbers, you are not sure or numbers are unreadable, please contact us. We are able to find your turbocharger part number by your car registration number, but if you have more information about your car, such as engine code, bhp and date of manufature, that is better. More information we have, it is easier for us to find the right one.

Orders placed by 3pm are dispatched the same day using a next day delivery service. Saturday delivery can be arranged at extra cost. Local collection and delivery the same day. Postage is free to any UK mainland address. Two day service to Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles.

WARRANTY

1. We offer a warranty, to the original purchaser, for the repair or replacement of their turbocharger for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. The warranty only covers the turbocharger for faulty workmanship or components and does not extend to turbochargers damaged due to misuse in fitting or operation.
2. The reason for failure of the previous turbocharger must be rectified prior to fitting a replacement. Air and oil filters, engine oil, gaskets and oil feed pipe need to be changed / replaced and proof of purchase of all components may be required to support any claims.
3. Proof and date of the original purchase and purchaser will be required before any warranty claim will be contemplated. Unit for which a claim is being made must be returned to TURBOWORKS complete. Any attempt to dismantle or repair the unit will invalidate the conditions of warranty.
4. Warranty does not cover any cost of labor or materials required to remove or reinstall the turbocharger, or any other costs other than those directly attributable to the repair or replacement of the turbocharger itself.
5. All other liabilities such as indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profit) are expressly excluded. No warranty is offered for any turbocharger used for competition purposes, or in any case where the manufacturer’s boosts pressures or fuel settings have been changed or any device is used to modify them such as use of up-rated actuators, bleed valves or aftermarket engine management chips.
6. Proof may be required of proper maintenance and servicing with particular regards to oil and oil filter changes. Failure to comply with manufacturer’s service requirements will invalidate this warranty.
7. Turbocharger must be fitted correctly, following car manufacturer’s instructions. Removing and fitting a turbocharger is relatively simple task, but should not be attempted by anyone without the necessary experience or expertise to do so. We recommend a turbocharger to be fitted by someone possessing the knowledge to do so.
8. Incorrect fitting, poor engine condition or maintenance, insufficient or incorrect air or oil filtration, oil starvation could all lead to a claim being rejected.

 Most turbochargers failures occur due to engine-related problems, which if not eliminated will result in premature failure of replacement, but without warranty cover. In order to assist customers and claimants, Turboworks issues reports on the condition of any turbocharger returned to us during warranty period. This is usually a good indicator as the reason for any turbocharger’s premature failure. This warranty is in addition to, and does not detract from, rights that you have under statue and common law.
