Foxwell BT100 12 Volt Car Battery Analyser /Tester

The Foxwell BT100 is a simple to use car battery analyser, which gives a quick assessment of the health and charge level of your battery.

The tool will immediately give a voltage reading on connection to the battery.
Then by simply answering a few on-screen questions (such as whether the battery is in the vehicle, the type of battery, the battery standard and the rated CCA), it will give a more comprehensive assessment.

We sell mainly through our website, but also list on some auction sites to help generate interest in this relatively new field and market our products to a wider audience.

Shipping Information

Products are shipped from the UK, so NO import duties or taxes when items are delivered to addresses within the EU.

We ship orders within one working day of receiving cleared PayPal payments - (PayPal eCheques tend to take one to two weeks to clear).

Orders received before 2.00 p.m. will usually be shipped same working day (Monday to Friday). 

This product will be shipped either by the FedEx 'Next Day' courier service or by Royal Mail 'Special Delivery', depending on the option you choose at checkout.
FedEx and Special Delivery are both next working day delivery services to most of the UK (please see the Royal Mail website for more information on Special Delivery). The longest delivery time is three working days for postcode areas KW16-17 and PH42-44.

Payments must be made by Paypal.

We are a UK Limited Company and provide a VAT receipt for the product.

Returns

If you have a problem with your item, please email... the products are rarely faulty and many issues can be resolved quickly and easily.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email first.

If we have stated that this tool will work with your car, either on the auction page or via email contact, and we are proved to be wrong, then we will accept the item returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt.

Unwanted goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt provided that they are returned 'as new' (i.e. unopened and undamaged). The customer must pay for safe carriage of the item back to us (i.e. a 'signed for' or trackable postage method).
We cannot refund our postage and packaging costs on returned items, even on 'Free P&P' items.
(i.e. the actual amount we are charged by the shipping companies to despatch your order to you).

Any product returned to us must be returned with all associated items originally sent as part of the product and in the same packaging, unless otherwise agreed with Gendan Ltd.
