  Measurements taken flat: Most of them are 18" Armhole to Armhole, 20" Long.  There are no closure to these vests & no brand tags as they are handmade (& very nicely so!). Someone has penciled in the words "Maxine" on the inside neckline of the Hot Air Balloon Vest where brand tags usually go. If you have a problem with that then please do not purchase it.
