Return Policy:

·        If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items.

·        Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of item.

·        "Please contact us prior to return for information about how to handle returns".

·        Returned items must be in the condition you received and in the original box.

·        All once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment center. (usually within 72 hours of receipt).

·        If there is proof of error on our part, you can obtain a pre-paid shipping label for your return of merchandise (continental U.S. only).  However, if you return our products because you don't need it or you buy our products without reading the fitment in the description, you have to pay returned postage yourself and we will deduct our shipping fee to your refund.

 

Non-returnable orders:

·        Custom or special orders

·        Installed, used or disassembled items

·        Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU's, coils, blowers, relays, etc.)

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee can be applied to the following

·        Products not returned in the original packaging in sellable condition

·        Authorized Part of Kit returns 

WARRANTY REPLACEMENT POLICY:

·        If a part fail within the twelve (12) month warranty period, we will provide an immediate replacement of the part.

·        This Warranty Replacement Policy does not provide for a refund of the purchase price.

·        We are not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the product

Warranty Replacement Requirements:

·        The defective item needs to be returned to the facility within one (1) year of the original date of purchase

·        The original defective merchandise must be returned to our facility or a hold of deposit provided before issuing a new warrantied item

·        We reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements in this Warranty Replacement Policy

·        Customer to be responsible for all shipping costs incurred in a warranty exchange.

·        All warranty returns will be inspected by our ASE certified Technician before any warranty replacement is finalized and issued.
