Shipping & Return Policy:

Selected product(s) qualify for FREE US 48 States Ground shipping within the US Contiguous States (PR, HI, AK, GU, & APO/FPO will be slightly more).  Please contact us for an accurate shipping quote before purchasing the item.  All other International Orders will be shipped by UPS, FedEx or US Postal Services.  Please contact us for a competitive rate on all international shipments.

We are located in Texas.  Shipping from Coast to Coast will only take 1-3 business transit days* to arrive on your door steps if shipped by FedEx/ UPS Ground!  *Some items are shipped via US Postal Services Priority Mail or Parcel Post and it might be longer than 3 business days plus weather delays in some regions are unforeseen.  During the holidays it might take an extra day for the package to arrive your door steps.  We apologize in advance.  Very little state or cities in the US are 4+ days transit time if using FedEx or UPS.

International Buyers - Please Note: Import Duties, Taxes, & other charges are not included in the item price or the shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs might be prior to bidding or buying.

Cancel Request (Orders placed within an hour only): If you need to cancel a transaction, please contact eBay or use the "Cancel Transaction Request" within an hour or less.  Please do not message us that you want to cancel a transaction as we always ship your orders out first and then we reply to our eBay messages later towards the end of the day.  Some items are automatically forwarded to our suppliers therefore those orders wouldn't be able to be canceled.  Sorry for the inconvenience, therefore we would suggest you to check before you make the purchase.

Returns are accepted within 14 days after the item is received. No returns accepted on installed items. All returns are subject to a 10-25% restocking fee. Returns are shipped back paid by the buyer and must be shipped via UPS or FedEx with "original packaging and hardware."  No returns will be accepted until a RMA is issued and no refund will be issued until the product has been checked by us the seller.  Absolutely no returns or refunds after 45 days via Paypal, unless it's a product defected which we can warranty once approved by the vendor.
