Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product
and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
You may return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. We
charge a 20% restocking fee.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the
original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Warranty
At Ace Air Conditioner Compressors LLC we offer 1-year warranty on new compressors and remanufactured compressors .
In order to qualify for the warranty, the "Compressor Installation Instructions" below MUST be followed a certified A/C technician. Otherwise, the warranty shall be void. Proof of installation by a certified A/C technician shall be provided by the purchaser (ebay customer) for the warranty to apply.
In addition, the following shall render the warranty VOID:
- The compressor is returned locked up or contaminated in any way.
- Altering the compressor in any way.
- Any physical damage to the compressor.
The warranty only covers the replacement of the compressor. The warranty does not cover the cost of labor, removal, installation, or any diagnostic costs.
