INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:  International packages shipped via First Class (under 4 pounds) cannot be insured and I cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit (I pack very well, but shipping overseas is strictly at buyer's risk). Priority Mail packages are automatically insured by the USPS - but not always to the full value of the item and collecting international insurance can be a hassle. 
 I have been shipping worldwide for years and mostly THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS AT ALL, however, some countries do have bad reputation for packages getting lost and I had it happen to me. IMPORTANT: If you wish your international shipment to be trackable, you MUST opt for the U.S. Post Office's Global Express Mail, and you MUST tell me this in advance of making payment - shipping charges are much higher for Global Express Mail. If you do not opt for Global Express Mail, First class has no way of tracking your package. I can provide you with Custom Form number that will tell you when your package was shipped and when it arrived to your country (for Priority Mail 
Shipping) but it is not Tracking number.
