Blouson dress, mid-calf or floor length with bodice front, back and sleeves gathered into lace yoke has round neckline with narrow self bias binding, bodice back button and self bias loop closing, gathered waistline, flared skirt with side front seams, narrow hem and attached underskirt with back zipper closing. Full, full-length sleeves with raglon armhole are gathered into narrow self bias binding. VIEWS A and B: Scalloped edge lace for yoke and lower sleeves. VIEW C: Upper edge of bodice and sleeves form ruffle heading. Bias cummerbund has hook and eye closing. Purchased flower. Purchased belt on View B.

Also included is a "Vogue Designer Original" label to sew inside the garment
The pattern is uncut and is complete, with instructions
The envelope has moderate wear, ripping, minor wrinkling - not bad for its age
