GENERAL INFO:

· The DVDs we offer are NTSC All Region (also referred to as 0). This means that our DVDs will play in 99 percent of the DVD players in the world.

PAYMENT:

We prefer PayPal.  Payment is due within 5 business days.

                   ·         Please send payment within 7 days of auction closing.

                 ·         International Customers, only acceptable payment method is Paypal.

·         Buyer is responsible for any import duties and taxes charged on the item.

·         We will not mark an item as a gift or declare its value to be worth less than it actually is. 

SALES TAX:

· We are required by law to charge 8.25% sales tax for residents in the state of California.

· We ship daily! We are super fast shippers and ship every business day! (Except for weekends, and major holidays).

· Packages ship the same business day they are placed as soon as payment is received (excludes weekends and holidays). Everything we list is in stock and ready to be shipped immediately.

· *90% of all domestic first class mail orders arrive within 5 business days. 99% arrive within 10 business days. International orders can take a bit longer.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS:

How do I get the shipping discount?

Wait until all your items appear inside the checkout link (which is inside the email sent to you after you commit to buy) before completing the checkout. It can take up to 15 minutes for all your items to appear together.

Can I pick my item up personally?

Unfortunately, we can't accommodate local pickups.

How long before my order ships?

Orders ship within the same business day as placed, if before 3pm PST.

·We have many satisfied customers. We will strive to fulfill your order accurately and with speed. We accept returns for the following items:

· Mishap orders: You received a different item than what you ordered; (items must be in their original, sealed packaging)

· Defective items: Notify us first: If your order contained a mishap or defective item, contact us by email and we will send a replacement or return postage box. We do not issue refunds, only replacements. Products sent back to us without authorization will not be refunded or replaced.

The day you make payment and it is confirmed, we will ship out immediately and leave you positive feedback. You know we have shipped your item when you check your items won from us and we have already left feedback.

OVERSEAS TO ITALY:

Recently it has come to our attention that orders going overseas to Italy from the United States have taken a very long time to reach our customers. Many delays and customs make the transit very lengthy. We have had multiple customers receive their items 5 sometimes 6 weeks later. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
