This is a complete motor rebuild gasket set that includes Victor Reinz graphite-on-steel head gaskets with a Fire Ring.

The Rocker Base Gaskets are 1-piece style, and the Cam Cover Gasket is Foamet.

We pack this kit very carefully so that all the parts arrive at your door safely and in perfect condition.

Features: 

  • Head gaskets are about 0.056" before crush. They are graphite on a steel core with a Steel Fire Ring.
  • Rocker base gaskets are 1-piece style. 
  • Primary cover gasket is a nominal 0.031" thickness, unbeaded.
  • Cam cover gasket is foamet (rubber on both sides of a steel core) for an excellent seal every time. 
  • The four 5/16" valve stem seals are the new easy to install style with spring-loaded Viton rubber. 
  • Exhaust gaskets are compressed knit wire mesh, tapered style. 

    Applications: 

  • 1991-2003 883cc Sportster engine.
  • If your engine has been converted from 883cc to 1200cc, then you will need one of our 1200cc kits to get the correct 1200cc head gaskets. All other parts are the same for both 883 and 1200.
