Note - According to MB online catalog this is the strut called out for this application.  We have had customers give us the MB number off the strut on their 2500 and it was the 3500 strut.  Sachs, which is the OE manufacturer to MB says that there are only 2 sure fire ways to pick the strut for the Sprinter:

1. P/N Stamp - The MB and Sachs P/N is stamped into the strut body and can be used to identify your strut .
2. Body Length - Measuring the length of the body.
