VAW-121 (Carrier Airborne Early Warning Squadron ONE TWENTY ONE), US Navy Squadron Patch, size is 3" x 3", embroidered on twill, new and unused condition. made in Japan 20 June 1976..  These patches were from an order I made for the Squadron and came from a stock maintained for them.
