The Florida location is our main location where all of our phone calls and emails are answered from. If there is a product out of stock in the Florida location it will be transferred from the closest location that does have it in stock and then it will be shipped (this is only for international shipments). All US orders will be shipped from the closest location to the buyer that has the product in stock.

All shipping rates are excluding insurance. Any shipping insurance must be requested by the buyer. The cost of the insurance will be added to your invoice.

Warranty is valid for one year (parts only) if:

·       Correct type and amount of oil used

·       Drier installed at time of compressor install

·       System is flushed and/or inline filter installed

·       Orifice tube must be replaced if the vehicle is equipped with one

·       Expansion valves must be inspected and replaced if dirty or defective when installing a new compressor.

·       Expansion valves must be replaced when installing a reman compressor.

·       Anyone can install all parts purchased but a ASE certified shop must charge the system

All new returns have a 30 day money back guarantee for the cost of the item excluding shipping. Shipping for the returned item will be paid by the buyer*. All new returns are subject to a 20% restock fee, undamaged items only*. Refund will be issued only after product is received in the same condition as purchased and the buyer confirms the cancellation of the eBay purchase.

All warranty returns are for exchange ONLY. Shipping for the returned item and for the replacement item will be paid by the buyer*. We will certainly work with the buyer in every situation to ensure a pleasant transaction.
