Brand new earth bond lead and probe for PAT testers. The fine probe is better for getting a good connection onto small screws and exposed metal, where the bulky croc clip is not so good.

The lead shown has the round XLR plug with 3 pins and fits the following PAT testers:

Seaward, Nova, Supernova, Supernova Plus, Supernova XE, Europa, Europa Plus, Martindale EasyPAT, Metrel

We can also supply the type with the 4mm single plug for Seaward PAT1000, PAT2000, PAT500, Primetest 50, 100, 200, 300 or 350, Kewtech etc.. OR... the type with the spade connector for Megger PAT4, PAT32

All the same price, please state what you require when ordering. If you need a different lead, just ask, we can obtain most types to special order.

The most common reason for PAT testers giving higher or erratic readings is the earth bond lead breaking down internally. A new earth-bond is a quick and easy fix.

These are manufactured in the UK to high standards, equal or better than the original equipment.. The 3-pin XLR plug is metal, not plastic.

After manufacture, they are individually pressure tested by passing a 25A current across all joints. These high current levels can be experienced in PAT testing, so safety and quality construction are important considerations.
