1. All of our jewelry is brand new. All diamonds, gemstones and cultured pearls are genuine unless clearly stated otherwise. All gold and silver items are in solid karat gold or solid 925 sterling silver unless clearly stated otherwise.
2. We do not offer ring sizing service.
3. We provide free gift boxing with your purchase, limited to items that fit into our standard package box.

Return Policy

1. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, we will be glad to refund your money. Claims for return/refunds must be made within 7 days from date of receipt.
2. You do not need Return Authorization Number. We appreciate if you could email us for your return so we can keep an eye on the package.
3. Returned items must be sent back by insured mail covering the full value in the same condition as when originally shipped and must include a copy of your invoice.
4. Please do not remove the product tag from the item. We will not accept returns of items that are missing the tags.
5. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
