It's a Yamaha VSS-30 PortaSound keyboard. It's has an 8-bit digital voice sampler. It is mini: like about 18-1/4" across. This one is in good shape. There is come cosmetic wear on it (see photos), notably, wear to the clear plastic on the left side of the top by the Yamaha PortaSound logo. It has a small in-built speaker. It is tested and works.
