Ecco Biom athletic shoes size 43.  Men's size 9.5.  These anatomically designed sneakers are some of the best on the market.  Often recommended by podiatrist, the Ecco brand is synonymous with comfort, support and durability.  These have only been worn 5 times but do not fit due to orthotics.
