1. Which express carrier will deliver the BONOSS wheel spacers? How much does shipping cost? Does it include import tax?
   After you place your order, the BONOSS shipping department will prioritize FEDEX, DHL, TNT, UPS, SME or another express carrier to deliver your wheel spacers as quickly as possible. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the shipment and do not include import taxes. Special service fees for remote areas are also not included and may be charged in rare cases. If this happens, we will contact you in advance.
2. How soon will my wheel spacers be shipped?
   Generally, in-stock wheel spacers are shipped within 24–72 hours, while custom wheel spacers are shipped in about 8 days (some orders or special custom models may take longer). Once the spacers are shipped, we will provide the tracking number on eBay. Please note that if you have not received the tracking number or have any other questions, please contact our friendly customer service team.
3. How soon can my wheel spacers arrive?
   The general delivery time is 5–9 days, but it may be affected by aviation, weather, policies, customs clearance or other factors. But don't worry, it usually doesn't take long, and we will follow the entire process to help your wheel spacers arrive as quickly as possible.

Returns

We sincerely hope our products bring you a good experience and happiness.  Returns may result in losses for both parties, so we do not recommend them, but we fully respect your right of withdrawal. We accept a 100% refund for the product when the following conditions are met, but you are responsible for the resulting shipping costs and taxes.

2. The product has not been used, the packaging is complete, and the product will not affect resale.
3. Customized products are not eligible for return.

Warranty

Replacement/return is available if buyers receive incorrect, damaged, or defective items.
For replacement or return, the buyer must keep the item in acceptable packaging.
Before replacement or return, the buyer should provide us with photographic evidence if possible.
