■ Handling time
Each order is carefully inspected, packed and shipped by hand, one customer at a time. Please allow up to 10 business days for handling before your item is shipped. The delivery time shown for each shipping service (Standard / Expedited) starts after the item has been shipped and does not include this handling time. Choosing Expedited shortens the delivery time only; the handling time stays the same.
