This jacket is very nice condition, no rips, tears or holes. All the zippers and snaps are present, accounted for and in good working order.
One of the nice features are pit zips.
There are snaps around the interior of the hood that I can't explain, picture included.

This is a genuine USGI item from the original ECWCS system (introduced in the mid-1980s). It is designed as a waterproof/breathable outer shell layer for cold-wet conditions (roughly +14°F to +68°F mean monthly temperatures) and is meant to be worn over insulating layers.
