Marvel Age Spider-Man #1 — Free Comic Book Day 2004 edition (Marvel Comics), green border variant, "Not for Resale" printed on the cover.

ABOUT THIS ISSUE:

• This is the FCBD reprint of Marvel Age Spider-Man #1 (May 2004), Marvel's all-ages line that retold the classic Lee & Ditko stories with brand-new art for a new generation of readers.

• Stories: "Duel to the Death with the Vulture" and "The Uncanny Threat of the Terrible Tinkerer" — contemporary retellings of the two stories from Amazing Spider-Man #2 (1963), where Spider-Man first battled the Vulture.

• Plot by Stan Lee & Steve Ditko; script by Daniel Quantz; cover and pencils by Mark Brooks (his signature is printed on the cover) — Spider-Man vs. the Vulture.

• No first appearances in this issue — the draw is the FCBD edition itself and the Brooks art.
