Gorgeous blue sparkling tulle multilayer dress with floral embellished waistline.

On an underside layer of tulle I found something a little sticky. As I was removing it w hair dryer I inadvertently melted a small area of tulle. SEE PHOTOS

It cannot be seen on the outside but it is there underneath.
