Hundreds of happy customers and dozens of repeat and referred customers, see my reviews. If you’re capable of setting up a device on your own and using Google to navigate troubleshooting this will be a good fit at a great price. (I’ve made a tips sheet to help get new users started) If you’re looking for a full retail experience (e.g. tech support & returns) purchasing at full retail price from a retail establishment may be a better fit for you.
