The 800GB 2.5“ KPM6XVU800G Dell 0JTKH5 JTKH5 12Gbit/s SAS SSD is a server-grade 12Gb/s SAS SSD. The KPM6XVU800G JTKH5 has a capacity of 800GB and a 12Gbit/s SAS interface in a 2.5” form factor. The Kioxia PM6-V series drive is designed for mixed-use workloads in 24/7 operation. Thanks to its specifications, the drive performs well in VMware ESXi and Proxmox VE virtual machines, transactional SQL databases, and storage clusters requiring balanced read and write speeds.
The Kioxia KPM6XVU800G Dell 0JTKH5 JTKH5 800GB SAS 12Gb/s 2.5" SSD, achieves high data read speeds of up to 4,150 MB/s and write speeds of up to 1,450 MB/s. For random operations, the drive can handle up to 595,000 IOPS (input/output operations per second) for reads and approximately 145,000 IOPS for writes. The DWPD 3 (Drive Writes Per Day) endurance rating allows the entire storage capacity to be overwritten three times every day for 5 years, ensuring resistance to premature memory wear during intensive I/O operations. The Kioxia PM6-V KPM6XVU800G, based on 96-layer BiCS FLASH 3D TLC memory, ensures low latency and predictable response times under sustained load. The Dual-Port architecture enables the drive to be connected in parallel via two independent paths, eliminating a single point of failure and maintaining communication with the system in the event of a failure in one of the controller channels.
