We've collaborated with SilverAnt to bring you one of the lightest, travel friendly coffee makers. Made from Titanium this french press has a capacity of 500ml and weighs just 158g. Simply add coffee, water, plunge and you've got great tasting coffee wherever you are! We've paired this travel french press with one of the lightest, travel friendly coffee bean storage container. Also made from high quality Titanium this canister only weighs 50g and can hold up to 90g of roasted coffee beans. Perfect for a 3-5 day trip or to hold enough coffee to share with a couple of people! Why Titanium? Titanium is often overlooked in the coffee scene, but it’s one of the best materials for travel and outdoor gear. It’s incredibly lightweight, stronger than aluminium, and naturally resistant to rust, corrosion, and heat. Unlike stainless steel or aluminium, titanium won’t alter the flavour of your coffee, it’s completely neutral and non-reactive. Titanium also lasts a lifetime, it doesn’t dent easily and won’t degrade with time, even with constant use in rugged environments. What makes this a Camping French Press: Besides being only 158g this French Press features a single wall titanium body, this means that you can fill it up with water and place it directly on a camp fire or embers to heat your water. Once you have hot water in your French Press you can go ahead and add your coffee grounds to start brewing your coffee. This design completely removes the need to boil (and transport) water before hand or worry about bringing a stove with you.
