Pipamoka uses a reusable metal micro filter mesh (with no need for paper filters) in order to let the natural coffee oils present to pass through into your cup, contributing to richer flavours. The brew ratio of the Pipamoka is similar to standard pour over coffee methods, close to 1:15 and it is recommended to use a medium to medium-fine coffee grind size for optimal extraction.
