This car was first released by Athearn in their line of quality freight cars as item number 1402, and it is now out of production. Car number is 40125 and build date is 5-46. Car is in like new condition with no broken steps, and has Athearn sprung metal Bettendorf trucks, and Kadee knuckle couplers. The deck has been painted to represent weathered wood, and the trailer rack has been painted gray. One half ounce of extra weight has been added to each trailer and the weight and trucks are painted. Pictures show both sides of the car and a top view with one trailer removed. Car is not in the original Athearn box but will be boxed well to ship.
