Fab condition cosmetically and perfect operationally. Fully tested and serviced by us. This full commercial crosstrainer has come from a school so has had much lighter use then a normal environment for one of these. Solid, robust with a nice broad movement/action. Smooth and quiet with a big range of programmes to keep you motivated. The satelite buttons (remotes) and hear sensors all cleaned and checked so it picks HR up nicely.
Costing £8,000 to buy new this is a great way to recreate a commercial gym in your garage or (i have 3 available) great to put a few in a row to get your gym members fit.
Crosstrainers work all the bodys main muscle groups. Legs, arms, chest and back all get involved so your heart and lung fitness improves, your strength and endurance too BUT theres no impact so its not hard on joints and great for rehab work, older people as well as athletes who want to pump the levels up.
