Rare o
fficial 2002 South Korean reissue of the 1975 album. A very early and limited CD pressing, with a bonus track.
"The South Korean CD release of Barry Mann's Survivor (catalog number MDM-723) was manufactured and distributed by Media Synnara (frequently known simply as Synnara Music or Synnara Records).
Key Details About the Pressing:
- The Manufacturer: Synnara is one of South Korea's longest-running and most prominent music distributors and retailers. During the 1990s and 2000s, they ran specialized boutique licensing sub-labels (such as the "MDM" or "Media Synnara" series) specifically dedicated to pressing official, limited-edition CD versions of rare, out-of-print Western soft rock, AOR (Album-Oriented Rock), and pop albums for the Korean market.
- The Code Format: The prefix MDM is a distinct catalog layout utilized by Media Synnara for their licensed international reissues.
Because these runs were very small and marketed primarily to local audiophiles and collectors in South Korea, copies with the MDM-723 stamp are incredibly rare today on global music trading platforms.."
