Important — CITES / Washington Convention Notice
Some luxury watch straps are made from exotic materials protected under international wildlife regulations (Washington Convention / CITES).
If the strap material is subject to international material regulations, the strap may be removed before international shipment and the watch head will be shipped according to the applicable rules.
This is provided so that customs formalities can be handled smoothly. Clearance remains subject to the rules of the destination country.

- Cancellation: We start preparing an order as soon as it is placed, so we cannot promise to accept a cancellation. Please send a cancellation request through eBay as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate it; eBay's order cancellation rules apply.
- Returns: Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. This does not limit the eBay Money Back Guarantee: if your item never arrives, you can request a full refund through eBay; if it arrives and does not match this listing, you can open an eBay return request and send it back for a full refund. Please contact us first and we will resolve it.
- Authenticity Concerns: If any concern arises, please contact us first — we will refund you in full. You can also open a request with eBay within its time limits, without waiting for our review; our review is not a condition of your eBay Money Back Guarantee rights.
