The hard model of the YUME urethane tip line, made in Japan

YUME tips are made of urethane instead of leather. H-104 is the hard version (DURO 97.1). Sold as 1 tip.

Why urethane?

1. Keeps its shape: the tip does not mushroom and wears very slowly.
2. Grips chalk remarkably well, so miscues are rare.
3. Very low defect rate.
4. Lasts a long time.
5. Easy maintenance: one pass with a tip file and you are done.

Good to know: because it is urethane, not leather, the hit feels different from a leather tip at first. Give it a few racks to get used to it.
