Drill Chuck Ferrule Replacement & Stain Remover (Upgrade Version)

For carom 3-ball / 4-ball club (house) cues

Replace ferrules and remove the stained step at the ferrule with ease. Use it by hand, or together with the Drill Chuck Cue-Man (sold separately) for fast, lathe-like work.

Ferrule replacement in 4 steps

  1. Remove the old ferrule.
  2. Machine the tenon. Measure the length and inner diameter of the ferrule, then machine the shaft tenon to fit.
  3. Glue on the new ferrule. Apply glue to the machined tenon and fit the ferrule.
  4. Finish the ferrule. Once the glue is dry, machine the ferrule to shape.

Replaces ferrules and removes stains

When you keep sanding away ferrule stains and the step between ferrule and shaft, the end of the cue gets thinner and the ferrule area ends up shaped like a bottle neck. We developed this tool over a long period of research to solve exactly this problem.

  • After the work, your cues will look better maintained than at any other billiard hall.
  • With the Cue-Man drill chuck, the work is fast, just like using a lathe.
  • Even by hand, you get a clean, step-free ferrule.
  • Also designed to work on cues with a thick ferrule outer diameter.
