Circa 1950's March of Dimes Seal & Cat Dime Children's Donation Card 4 1/3" x 3"

This 4 1/3" x 3" card has a slot for a student to put in five dimes .  It was for Boys and Girls to Join the 1950's March of Dimes to "Fight Infantile Paralysis (Polio)"  There is a school on the back and a place for the child's name, address, school, and grade.  

It will be shipped with a tagboard piece around it to keep it from bending.
