Faulty - please note the issue described below.

The STR-1070X is a beautiful vintage audio/video amplifier from the pre-digital/HDMI analog era.

This classic amp has a built in AM/FM stereo receiver with numerous analog audio connections including phono and basic composite video connections.

It has some really innovative features including a digital graphic equaliser.

The front panel design includes a large multi-function multicolored florescent display that is clear and bright.

The display includes the graphic equaliser and spectrum analyser.

Weight = 12.5Kg

Condition:

 The amp doesn't work, but the physical condition is almost perfect - too good to throw away!

It is clean - dust & grime free.

Important: Please be aware of the following before buying to avoid disappointment.  No return.

The amplifier turns on, but within 5 seconds the display changes to show the 'Protect' error message.

This can indicate an issue on the output such as a blown output resistor or transistor on these old high powered amplifiers.

I am pricing it accordingly - buy it to repair.

I hope you can repair it because this is a classic vintage amplifier that is highly sought after in going condition.
